Alfredo is a management consultant with over twenty years of professional experience. A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan and the Sloan Fellowship at London Business School, after a career in the Financial Services group of Accenture he has been active for a decade as an independent consultant and manager. He specialises in finance, financial reporting, planning and control, and risk management. He is a program director and an expert in the design and implementation of information systems. Among his interests: the development of organizational knowledge, the interaction between people and technology, and team dynamics. He works in Italy, Europe and the Middle East for banks, asset managers, insurers and other industries.
